This Friday from 1:45 pm – 3:19 pm on December 20th the students of Saul will be hosting Frost Fest. The fest is being organized by students from around the school, including those in Spanish teacher Christina Puntel’s class.
“The whole idea is to celebrate the cold and coming winter by doing things that keep humans going—rest, fun, food, and the warmth of each other,” Puntel said.
Students must remain in the particular building, or “village,” of their 4th block class for the duration of Frost Fest, but may travel between stations in the same village.
“No one will be upstairs in the Academic Building and no one will be in the basement of the Ag,” Puntel said.
At 2:45 the stations will be closed and students will make their way into the MPR where the FFA and Jr. MANNRS will be hosting a New Year’s Eve countdown and party. There will be student DJs and performers ready to entertain beyond belief. Students will be dismissed from the MPR at 3:19 pm.
“The Class of 2026 put on an awesome Pollinator Fest and we can’t wait to host our first annual Frost Fest,” Puntel said. “Please help us make this a great event!”
