My experience was very worth it, worth the wait and the price. The food was great and the dessert was tasty, everything was cooked and well on time. Everything was amazing and so were the lights inside. The waitress was so polite and patient and seemed very happy doing her job.
You can arrive there by catching SEPTA or a car. If you still don’t know where it’s located you can put the address in the GPS. 1430 Walnut st, Philadelphia PA 19102. 1430 Walnut st, is more accessible than going to the other one all the way located in Cherry Hill.
I arrived on time to my reservation and the wait on the food was at least 45-50 minutes long but it was very good. The time was also worth the wait because they were busy in the kitchen and took the time out of their day trying to impress people by professionally preparing the food and drinks for customers. The price of my food was very vulnerable, which was 19.95 and so was the appetizers. Especially how they presented it to me and later on that day.
The staff were polite and very nice and the waitress was the most outstanding person to me because she kept going back and forth trying to make everything look absolutely stunning. Everytime she approached the table she rushed trying to remove the last meal that was there to replace it with a fresh one.
When the food arrived, I saw how it looked and I was amazed and I thanked the waitress for everything she did and took multiple pictures. I also took a picture of the cheesecake they brought out.
It smells and looks delicious but I don’t eat cake but I’m sure it was defined.
The outside of the building is extremely pretty and it’s very big. The lobby is all lit up and since it was cold outside it was REALLY warm. On the side were the escalators to go up and down and if people chose stairs to walk on they have them too, once you get upstairs all you see is lights and the seats are very festive. When I reserved my seat our table was in the far back table near a huge window and the view was lovely.
I would recommend people visiting The Cheesecake Factory because it is a lot of fun and it’s a better experience in person than viewing it online and the food is really good!! And if you would want to go out with someone or do something for your kids birthday I would recommend taking them because in my opinion, my experience is a 10,000/10.
