In a world revolved around food it means a lot to different people. It can resemble culture or it could just be nostalgic. For me its more nostalgic like going into a mall and getting prezles or going Christmas shopping
with hot chocolate. In our world today there are a lot of big food industries and chains.
Some big chains in Philadelphia is Auntie Anne’s and the pretzel factory. When it comes to affordability Pretzel factory is the most affordable. One plain regular pretzel and the
factory only cost 1.50 compared to annians at around 4 dollars. Auntie Anne’s is generally more popular but the pretzel factory is a Philly staple.

Pretzel factory is a very famous pretzel place. They have sweet things that are salty, but is it better than Auntie Anne’s? At the pretzel factory they have their pretzel pizza which is just a pretzel with cheese and pepper-
onis on it which Auntie Anne’s does not have. In my opinion it’s good depending on the location. My location in frankford wasn’t the best but the one on

academy road was a lot better for the pretzel factory. The pigs in a blanket are good to me. They taste more like food than the Auntie Anne’s pigs in a blanket.

Auntie Anne’s pretzels are a lot sweeter and taste more like a dessert. Everytime i go to Auntie Anne’s the pretzels are covered in butter and just aren’t as good. Both of these places have their cinnamon covered pret-
zels. These are the basics for me if i had to pick one Auntie Anne’s would win for their cinnamon pretzels.

When it comes down to it, Pretzel factory is more affordable, not as sweet, and healthier. While there drinks were good, the icing and everything together was great. I would definitely go back and i think it is worth the
